What does a possible match mean?
That a name close to yours came back, with what agreed and what conflicted set out beside it. It is not a confirmed identity. Your team decides, and that decision is recorded separately from the finding.
What do we have to maintain?
Nothing. There is no list to build, no data feed to subscribe to and no update to install. You run a screen when you need one, and the coverage behind it is kept current for you.
How are PIP and UN sanctions screening different?
They answer different questions: whether someone holds a Schedule 6 position, and whether they appear on the UN list. Neither cancels the other, so each keeps its own certificate.
Do I need a date of birth?
No. It is optional, and it sharpens a result. Where one was never recorded, the result says so rather than guessing.
Can I search by ID or passport number?
No. Screening is by name, with an optional date of birth.
How long does a screen take?
